I am a Level 3 (Master) Usui Reiki Therapist/Teacher/Artist. I received all three levels of my Reiki training from Pamela Hawkins of The Circle of Spirit in Canandaigua, NY, and continue to study with Pamela to further develop my natural intuitive abilities.

I have always had an inner pull to help people. I am excited to offer Reiki sess energy work! Reiki promotes deep relaxation, stress relief and an overall sense of well-being.

Through my Reiki training and energy work, I have experienced my own healing on all levels; emotional, mental, physical. I am now dedicated to helping others experience the benefits of Reiki.

Why throw my artwork into the mix? What is the connection? In both Reiki and art, what is nurtured in the heart, is made manifest through the hands. Painting is a meditative and introspective time for me. Over the past 3 years I have painted everything from Kyle Busch’s race car to a portrait of a beloved grandmother. For me, painting portraits of pets that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, brings the most joy. A pet portrait is a celebration of your family member’s life, and I feel both honored and privileged to be asked to paint for someone.
